Health and safety is the responsibility of all
staff, however this can only be achieved through support from
the senior personnel. At Shropshire Gas safety is considered
paramount and as such is included at every stage of business
activity. Expert professional assistance is used to provide
information on all aspects of safety and to ensure safety
measures meet current legislation.
Employees are actively encouraged to ensure our activities
are conducted in a safe manner and to consider the ‘safe
option’ at all times. This extends to safety for the
public including liasing with other contractors on safety
matters and considering the needs of our customers - such as
elderly persons, children, people with special needs or English
as a second language - and commercial clients with particular
safety and operational needs.
